Authorize agreement with GMV Syncromatics for KAT's CAD/AVL System
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with GMV Syncromatics to replace Knoxville Area Transit's existing CAD/AVL System and install, integrate and host for a period of five years an intelligent transportation system solution at an initial, first-year cost not to exceed $3,419,484.00 for the contract base system and a total cost for years two through five not to exceed $1,795,455.00.(Requested by Knoxville Area Transit)
On June 1, 2021, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Authorize agreement with GMV Syncromatics for KAT's CAD/AVL System” by a vote of 8–0.
