A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property for easements by negotiated purchase, or by condemnation if necessary, within certain real property located at 1956 Amherst Road for $650.00, as part of the Amherst Road Slope Stabilization Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
