A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Cannon & Cannon, Inc. to provide professional engineering design and related technical services for Phase 3 of the Magnolia Avenue Streetscape Project for an amount not to exceed $575,300.00 with TDOT funding $460,240.00 and the City funding $115,060.00.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
