A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a subgrantee agreement with Volunteer Ministry Center to provide an amount not to exceed $143,500.00 in HUD ESG, ESG-CV, and City Homeless General Funds for Emergency Shelter/Services at the Day Resource Center and the Dental Clinic, as part of the City's response to Covid-19.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development)
