A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a subgrantee agreement with YWCA Knoxville and the Tennessee Valley to provide an amount not to exceed $98,471.00 in City Homeless General Funds and HUD ESG-CV funds for emergency shelter/services, as part of the City’s response to COVID-19.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development)
