A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a subgrantee agreement with the Helen Ross McNabb Center, Inc. to provide an amount not to exceed $260,750.00 in HUD ESG-CV funds for Street Outreach services to youth in Knoxville who are experiencing homelessness, as part of the City’s response to COVID-19.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development)
