Subgrant to Helen Ross McNabb Center for youth transitional housing

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a subgrantee agreement with the Helen Ross McNabb Center, Inc. to provide an amount not to exceed $370,689.00 in HUD CDBG-CV funding to be used for transitional housing for transition-age youth in Knoxville who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability, as part of the City’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development)
