A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a subgrantee agreement with the Family Investment Foundation, Inc. to provide an amount not to exceed $125,640.00 in HUD CDBG-CV funding to be used for housing stability services for households impacted by COVID-19 and living at Knoxville Community Development Corporation’s Cagle Terrace and Love Towers, as part of the City's response to COVID-19.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development)
