Appropriate $4,600 from Community Improvement Fund to West Hills Elementary

An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $4,600.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to West Hills Elementary School Wolf Pack Foundation to be utilized toward an all-inclusive playground.(Requested by Vice Mayor McKenzie and Councilmembers Roberto, Singh, Fugate, Testerman, and Parker)
