An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $500.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Girl Scout Council of the Southern Appalachians, Inc. to be utilized toward program supplies for the Girl Scout Outreach Program.(Requested by Councilmembers Singh and Testerman)
