A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Fifth Amendment extending the lease agreement with the Knoxville Zoological Gardens, Inc. d/b/a Zoo Knoxville to supervise, manage and operate the Zoo for another five years, through June 30, 2026.(Requested by Administration)
