Apply for and accept U.S. DOJ grant for de-escalation training

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept a grant award for $200,000.00, with no required local match, from the U.S. Department of Justice, Community Oriented Policing Services to be used for technology, instruction and equipment for de-escalation training for Knoxville Police Department officers.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
