Amend subgrantee agreement with Knoxville-Knox County CAC for homelessness support

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Second Amendment to a subgrantee agreement with Knoxville-Knox County Community Action Committee, Document No. C-21-0107, to increase the funding by an additional $60,000.00 in Emergency Solutions Grant - Coronavirus funding, for a new total contract amount not to exceed $180,000.00 and to increase the number served from 70 to 100 families and senior citizens in the City of Knoxville who are experiencing homelessness during the COVID-19 pandemic.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development)
