Subgrantee agreement with Salvation Army for supportive programming

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a subgrantee agreement with the Salvation Army, Knoxville Area Command, to provide an amount not to exceed $80,000.00 in Community Development Block Grant funds for the provision of case management and supportive programming to 10 eligible households through its Pathway to Hope Program.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development)
