Amend Northwest City Sector Plan for Wilbanks, LLC properties
An Ordinance approving the request of Wilbanks, LLC for an amendment to the Northwest City Sector Plan from Low Density Residential to Callahan Drive Mixed Use Special District for a portion of property located at 6318 Keck Road, from General Commercial to Callahan Drive Mixed Use Special District for a portion of property located at 6302 Keck Road, from Low Density Residential to Callahan Drive Mixed Use Special District for property located at 0 Keck Road, and from General Commercial to Callahan Drive Mixed Use Special District for property located at 6601 Wilbanks Road, leaving any special purpose and overlay districts unchanged, Wilbanks, LLC, Applicant. On July 13, 2021, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend Northwest City Sector Plan for Wilbanks, LLC properties” by a vote of 9–0.
