An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. O-107-2019, known and cited as "The City of Knoxville Zoning Code," to remove a previously approved planned district (C) designation from property located at 7140, 7144 and 7134 Deane Hill Drive, Benjamin C. Mullins for Rufus Smith and Dooley, L.P., Applicant. (Planning Commission Approved 14-0) (File No. 6-B-21-SU) (Second District)(Requested by Knoxville-Knox County Planning Commission)

On July 13, 2021, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Remove planned district designation from Deane Hill Drive properties” by a vote of 9–0.
