An Ordinance to change the base zoning classification of property located at 726 Callahan Drive from C-H-2 (Highway Commercial) District to I-G (General Industrial) District, and of property located at 0 Keck Road from AG (Agricultural) District to I-G (General Industrial) District, and of property located at 6601 Wilbanks Road from C-H-1 (Highway Commercial) District to I-G (General Industrial) District, and of one portion of property located at 6302 Keck Road from C-G-1 (General Commercial) District to I-G (General Industrial) District, and of another portion of property located at 6302 Keck Road from C-G-1 (General Commercial) to C-H-1 (Highway Commercial), and of a portion of property located at 6318 Keck Road from AG (Agricultural) District to I-G (General Industrial) District, leaving all special purpose and overlay districts unchanged, Wilbanks, LLC, Applicant.
