Authorize agreement for Mobile Meals facility expansion

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Knoxville-Knox County Community Action Committee to provide an amount not to exceed $310,000.00 in Community Block Grant ("CDBG") and CDBG-Coronavirus funds to be used for construction of an expansion of the Mobile Meals facility to include a new packing room, as part of the City's response to the Covid-19 pandemic.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
