A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a subgrantee agreement with Knoxville Area Urban League to provide an amount not to exceed $40,000.00 in Community Development Block Grant funds to support its RISE Re-entry Program for workforce/employment skills training and coaching support.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
