Amend subgrant agreement for Homelessness services during COVID-19.

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Third Amendment to a subgrantee agreement with the Knoxville-Knox County Community Action Committee Document No. C-21-0107 to increase the funding by an additional amount not to exceed $141,091.00 in Tennessee Housing Development Agency Emergency Solutions Grant - Coronavirus funding for a new total contract amount not to exceed $321,091.00 and to increase the number served from 100 to 160 families and senior citizens in the City who are experiencing homelessness during the COVID-19 pandemic.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
