Accept proposal to renew excess workers' compensation insurance

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to accept a proposal from Midwest Casualty Company to exercise the first option to renew Document No. C-20-0030 to provide excess workers' compensation insurance coverage for City of Knoxville employees and K-Trans Management, Inc. employees for a one-year period at a premium not to exceed a corresponding percentage of annual payroll, currently estimated to be $195,214.00.(Requested by Employee Benefits & Risk Management)
