Apply for FTA grant for Knoxville Area Transit feasibility study

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept a grant from the Federal Transit Administration to provide funding in the amount of $360,000.00 to Knoxville Area Transit pursuant to the 2021 areas of Persistent Poverty Program, with a city match of up to $40,000.00 in order to conduct a study to determine the feasibility of providing access to opportunities without the need for automobile ownership.(Requested by Knoxville Area Transit)
