A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with The Ammons at Asheville Highway, LP to award $2,000,000.00 from the Affordable Rental Development Fund for the development of 80 affordable housing units for low-income households, to be located at 4625 Asheville Highway.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
