Resolution authorizing Mayor to accept TDOT grant for Knoxville Area Transit bus stop improvements

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept a grant from the Tennessee Department of Transportation to provide funding in the amount of $900,000.00 to the City of Knoxville on behalf of Knoxville Area Transit from IMPROVE Act Transit Investment Grant funds for fiscal year 2022, with a City match of up to $300,000.00 in order to improve several bus stops in our service area.(Requested by Knoxville Area Transit)
