A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Easement Agreement with Hatcher Hill 706 Gay St LLC to allow existing and proposed building elements at 706 S Gay Street to encroach into the public rights-of-way for S Gay Street and an unnamed alley.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
