Resolution: Amend contract with New Flyer of America Inc. for electric bus infrastructure
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a second amendment to Contract No. C- 20-0147 between the City of Knoxville and New Flyer of America Inc. in order to modify the scope of work related to the construction and installation of KAT's electric bus and charging infrastructure and increasing the contract amount $47,718.13, for a total initial purchase price of $12,555,072.62.(Requested by Knoxville Area Transit)
