Acquire property for flooding mitigation at 2308 Tecoma Drive

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property in fee simple located at 2308 Tecoma Drive by negotiated purchase, or by condemnation if necessary, for an amount not to exceed $25,000.00 to alleviate flooding issues.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
