A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a grant agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for a HOME Investment Partnerships Program - American Rescue Plan Grant in the amount of $4,076,859.00, with no required matching funds, and any and all documents necessary to accept such grant award.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
