A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Inskip Flats, LP to award an amount not to exceed $1,980,000.00 from the Affordable Rental Development Fund for the development of 66 affordable housing units for low income households, to be located at 4755 Romeo Way and 4810 Elder Road.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
