Authorize agreement with United Way for COVID-19 recovery grants

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with the United Way of Greater Knoxville to provide an amount not to exceed $1,050,000.00 in American Rescue Plan Act funds to administer a grant program to support local non-profits that are providing direct services to help Knoxville residents respond to and recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.(Requested by Administration)
