Apply for and accept Rail Trespass Enforcement grant

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept a Consolidated Rail Trespass Enforcement grant award of $120,000.00, with no required local match, from the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Railroad Administration to cover the cost of overtime associated with the enforcement of railroad trespassing laws.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
