Appropriate funds for Delta Sigma Theta Sorority educational programs
An Ordinance appropriating the sum of $3,000.00 from the Community Empowerment budget and donating same to the Knoxville Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. to continue its educational programs designed to impact youth ages 11- 18.(Requested by Office of Community Empowerment)
On November 16, 2021, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Appropriate funds for Delta Sigma Theta Sorority educational programs” by a vote of 8–0.
An Ordinance appropriating the sum of $3,000.00 from the Community Empowerment budget and donating same to the Knoxville Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. to continue its educational programs designed to impact youth ages 11-18.
