An Ordinance approving the request of Pellissippi South, LLC for an amendment to the Southwest County Sector Plan from Office to General Commercial for a portion of property located at 2095 Lakeside Centre Way and a portion of property located at 2160 Lakeside Centre Way, leaving any special purpose land use classifications unchanged.
