Authorize agreement with SE Construction Concepts for on-call services

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Southeastern Construction Concepts Corporation to perform on-call construction services for repairs and projects identified by the City of Knoxville Engineering Department for an annual amount not to exceed $100,000.00 with the option to renew the agreement for two additional one-year terms.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
