Apply for TAP grant for Neyland Drive pedestrian/bicycle connection

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for a Transportation Alternatives Program grant in the amount of $924,000.00 with a City match of $231,000.00 to construct a permanent pedestrian/bicycle connection along Neyland Drive and, if approved, authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to accept such a grant.(Requested by Department of Engineering and Department of Parks and Recreation)
