A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property in fee simple located at 201 Delta Road, by negotiated purchase, for an amount not to exceed $275,900.00 to alleviate flooding issues.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
