Amend subgrantee agreement with Comm. Action Committee for ESG-CV funds

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Fourth Amendment to a subgrantee agreement with Knoxville-Knox County Community Action Committee, Document No. C- 21-0107, to increase the funding by an amount not to exceed $820,075.00 in U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Emergency Solutions Grant - Coronavirus funding, for a new total contract amount not to exceed $1,141,166.00, to increase the number of families and senior citizens served from 160 to 235, and to extend the term of the Agreement through August 30, 2022, as part of the City’s response to Coronavirus/COVID-19.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
