Amend Horticulture Ordinance, rename to Forestry

An Ordinance amending Chapter 14 of the Knoxville City Code to update and correct language within the City of Knoxville Horticulture Ordinance, including changing the name of the Chapter to Forestry and other modifications.(Requested by Public Service Department)

On November 30, 2021, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend Horticulture Ordinance, rename to Forestry” by a vote of 7–0.
