A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a five-year Agreement with Avolve Software Corporation to upgrade and provide software maintenance for the City's ePlan Review System, ProjectDox, in an amount not to exceed $156,760.00 for the first year of the Agreement and $99,000.00 for each year thereafter.(Requested by Information Technology)
