Authorize ARPA funds agreement with Childhelp, Inc. for mental health therapy

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Childhelp, Inc. to provide an amount not to exceed $125,000.00 in American Rescue Plan Act funds to fund expansion of existing clinical services in mental health therapy to help Knoxville residents respond to and recover from the Covid-19 pandemic.(Requested by Administration)
