Apply for/accept National League of Cities grant for businesses of color

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept grant funding of up to $30,000.00 with no City match required from the National League of Cities to be used to build capacity and expand economic opportunities for residents and businesses of color.(Requested by Community Empowerment)
