Apply for/accept Choice Neighborhoods grant for Western Heights Neighborhood

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for, as a co-applicant with Knoxville's Community Development Corporation, for a Choice Neighborhoods Initiative grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, in an amount not to exceed $40,000,000.00, with no required matching funds, to implement the Transformation Plan for the Western Heights Neighborhood and if such application is approved, authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to accept such a grant award.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development)
