A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to Contract No. C-19-0284 with Quantum Environmental & Engineering Services, LLC to provide environmental consultation services and geotechnical services to the City with regard to the new Public Safety Complex, increasing the scope of work and the contract amount by $33,659.00 for a total contract amount not to exceed $279,564.00.(Requested by Administration)
