Amend Master Lease Agreement to include property for East Tennessee Veterans Memorial Association display
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to the Master Lease Agreement Between the Public Building Authority and the City of Knoxville With Respect to City-Owned Property Within the CBID, known as Document No. C-03-0045, in order to add a portion of property, as further described herein and adjacent to the existing area, to include an East Tennessee Veterans Memorial Association display as part of the Leased Premises.(Requested by Economic & Community Development)
