A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property located at 108 Knox Road by negotiated purchase, or by condemnation if necessary, in fee simple for an amount not to exceed $135,000.00.(Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)
