Authorize agreement with Knoxville Chamber of Commerce for Latino community business support

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with the Greater Knoxville Chamber of Commerce to provide funding in an amount not to exceed $90,000.00 to fund a program that will provide financial and business education, digital tools, individualized business coaching, connections to professional services, and establishment of business protocols to the Latino community as an essential culturally-appropriate resource to start or expand their own businesses with the ultimate goal of increasing their economic contributions to Knoxville's economy.(Requested by Administration)
