A Resolution authorizing the execution of an Agreement with The Sports Authority of the County of Knox and the City of Knoxville, Tennessee to undertake certain public infrastructure improvements necessary or appropriate for the development of the stadium site located on or around 400 E. Jackson Avenue.(Requested by Administration)
