A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to amend Contract No. C-21-0117 with Design and Construction Services, Inc. for Phase II of the 2020 On-Call Sidewalk Replacement Project, increasing the contract amount by $100,705.00 for a new contract total of $800,705.00 and extending the date of completion to April 14, 2022.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
