Amend code to allow beer/alcohol at Lakeshore Park

An Ordinance amending Chapter 4, Article I of the Knoxville City Code so as to allow distribution of beer or alcoholic beverages at Lakeshore Park by holders of server permits issued by the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission.(Requested by Beer Board Chair Testerman)

On February 8, 2022, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend code to allow beer/alcohol at Lakeshore Park” by a vote of 8–0.

Unanimous Adopted 8-0-0-1
