Close sliver of Florida Street right-of-way

An Ordinance to close a sliver of the western side of the Florida Street right-of-way between E. Jackson Avenue and Willow Avenue, subject to two conditions, and authorizing the Mayor to execute quitclaim deeds to the adjacent property owners, City of Knoxville, Applicant. (Planning Commission Approved 11-0 Consent) (File No. 1-A-22-SC) (Council District 6).(Requested by Knoxville-Knox County Planning Commission)

On February 8, 2022, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Close sliver of Florida Street right-of-way” by a vote of 8–0.
